Villa 1703 sits along the shoreline in Nevis, where expansive views and natural surroundings define the experience. At the pool terrace and outdoor areas, the design included a guardrail to protect the edge without disrupting the landscape. HDI collaborated with The Integrum Group to create a structural glass railing system that maintains clear sightlines and withstands coastal conditions.

Lo-Post™ Flatbar for a minimal presence
The team chose Lo-Post™ Flatbar, HDI’s low-profile glass railing, for a clean, unobtrusive profile. The slim flatbar posts allow the glass to remain the focal point, creating a clear boundary that feels light and intentional.
The railing blends into the architecture and landscape, making the pool edge appear open and continuous instead of enclosed.
