Adapting Elegance
HDI adapted the acclaimed Ferric™ railing system, known for its strength and contemporary flair, to align with Barley Mill’s design ethos. The system features surface-mounted rails through-bolted onto terrazzo flooring, with discreet backing plates under the stair treads, demonstrating HDI’s ability to meet varied design requirements.
At Barley Mill, the cane railing system was custom-designed to blend with the main stair railing, creating a distinctive design feature. Moreover, cane railings are crucial for fall prevention and directing foot traffic, particularly in busy areas like under staircases.
