HDI’s CIRCUM™ Railing Installed at Brock Elementary
Request a QuoteSafety, Clarity, and Movement for a Next-Gen Learning Space
Brock ISD’s newest elementary campus reflects the district’s commitment to modern learning. Designed by Huckabee & Associates, the two-story school emphasizes natural light, open collaboration zones, and efficient student flow.
HDI partnered with Reeder General Contractors to deliver railing systems that support those goals. Our work ensures students move safely through the space—without compromising visibility or design intent.

Railing System: CIRCUM™ Round
Location: Brock, TX.
Architect: Huckabee & Associates
Contractor: Reeder General Contractors
Designed for Daily Use
We supplied and installed CIRCUM™ Round railing across five staircases and multiple second-level walkways.

On Stair 3, our team integrated 9/16” laminated tempered glass panels, secured with side-mounted posts. This configuration keeps views open while adding strength where it matters most.
Meanwhile, at Stairs 1, 2, 4, and 5, we provided powder-coated picket infill mounted with welded-insert connections. This connection ensures everyday durability in high-traffic areas. Additionally, CIRCUM™ 1-line surface-mounted rails support safety at landings without introducing visual clutter.

Finishes That Match Performance and Aesthetics
To match the school’s finish palette and meet the design team’s vision, we used powder coated posts paired with 1 ½” stainless steel assist and 2” stainless steel guard rails. The railing tubes received a 240-grain brushed finish, while brackets, pickets, and posts were powder-coated for long-term durability.

As a result, the railings maintain a consistent look that supports the building’s cohesive, student-first design.
Built to Support Brock ISD’s Vision
Now in place, these railings guide students through a bright, secure environment made for movement and connection. Glass panels welcome daylight. Picket infill adds structure. Together, these systems reflect a campus designed to grow with its students and serve the community for years to come.
