To meet the demands of rising enrollment, the district constructed Evalois Owens Middle School—an 800-student campus designed by Huckabee and built by Steele & Freeman. The 144,408-square-foot facility features clean, modern lines and open learning spaces that prioritize visibility and student safety.

With Inox™, laminated glass infill keeps sightlines open along second-floor corridors and overlooks—supporting supervision without visual barriers. Meanwhile, Circum™ Square with picket infill offers a sturdy, code-compliant solution for stairways where durability and student safety are critical. Together, these systems support smooth circulation, strong protection, and a modern design that complements today’s learning environments.

In stairwells, Circum™ Square’s picket infill provides strong vertical protection where foot traffic is constant and safety is critical.
